Prestige Riverside Developments is a niche property development company focussed exclusively on the renovation of historic properties situated on or near the banks of some of the most idyllic rivers of France. Additionally the company will construct, where appropriate, a small number of luxurious properties in the grounds of the original renovated property. Our developments will typically be enclosed in a gated community to provide the added security and privacy that so many of us now look for in our property.


All our properties, whether new or renovated, will combine all the benefits of modern technology within the framework of traditional construction. We employ the best local craftsmen and architects and source the highest standard of materials to ensure that all our properties have that added touch of style and luxury. We involve each of our clients in the interior look of their property by providing you a choice in the finish of your kitchens and bathrooms and a range of flooring types. As a company we are committed to the environment and therefore endeavour to integrate the use of as much renewable energy into all our developments as possible. The alternative energy sources we presently use include the use of solar panels to heat water and innovative heat exchange systems to provide underfloor heating and cooling. We are constantly researching new ideas and technologies so that your property can be increasingly eco-friendly and efficient to run.


The company was founded by Charles McLeod, a UK based entrepreneur. He has always created companies where the competition or the product has not been readily available to the consumer. To date his companies include Currencies4less, Prestige Car Finance, Prestige CCTV and latterly PrestigeFleeces all of which are now amongst the leaders in their respective fields. His overseas property interests first began in 2000 with the creation of Currencies4less and latterly Propertyfinance4less, helping thousands of clients to purchase property abroad.
