Prestige Riverside Developments is an integrated property
development and marketing company focussed exclusively on
the renovation and construction of small to medium scale luxurious
properties situated on the banks of the rivers of France.
Our properties combine all the benefits of modern technology
within the framework of traditional construction.
The founder and managing director of the company is Charles
McLeod, a UK based entrepreneur. To date his companies include
Currencies4less, Propertyfinance4less (now divisions of Baydonhill
plc), Prestige Car Finance and Prestige CCTV. His overseas
property interests first began in 2000 with the creation of
Currencies4less and latterly Propertyfinance4less, helping
thousands of clients to purchase property abroad. He also
has property interests in Spain.
